About Us

Our Story

When our company was first started in 2019, our business aim was to help our community first.  We are happy to pioneer a new model of business based on giving back to Mother Earth.  In association with our Non-Profit ReVitalize, we aim to recycle profits into programs to generate more education and restore health to our local ecosystems.  Simply put our goal is not to get rich, but rather to enrich the lives of those we help, through health, healing, and land management practices.  Our long term goal is an integrated healthcare facility on the farm.  Through the utilization of new science regarding microbiome, terrain theory, and epigenetics we are quickly realizing the interrelation of human health and ecosystem health.  As we restore ecosystem health, we will see a restoration of human health.  Our company works with local farmers, schools, and healthcare providers, as well as food consumers to provide education and products that bolster and buttress both ecosystem and subsequently human health.


Production

 As a fungi company, we believe in the biological principles that are rooted in spirit or more commonly referred to as the microbiome.  These principles apply to agricultural applications with our product, Living Liquid.  Using the concepts of Korean Natural Farming, we produce living compost teas that restore vitality to soil on denuded agricultural lands, with the help of locally sourced IMO's.  In addition, we are working to isolate species of fungi capable of remediating our worst water soluble pesticides as a means to restore symbiosis to our local ecosystems.  In our culinary division, all ingredients used in the process of mushroom production come from within 100 miles of our home here in Zumbrota, MN.  Using local organic ingredients we aim to increase not only the nutrient density and medicinal compounds of our products, but also the bioavailability due to close proximity of sources to consumer.
